Raul and the rest of the crew here are phenomenal. Orsini living is not. Frequent ear screeching fire alarms at all hours, rude neighbors in the parking structure and elevators. Tenants who leave tons of garbage just outside the trash bins. Loud, pounding neighbors above me — when I specifically asked for a top floor apartment when we moved in…make it impossible for me to recommend this building to anyone.
