Michael truly saved the day I had a bad experience with consultant Israel he was initially dealing with my move in and last minute informed me he would not be in office the day of. He told me he’d pass my information on and that I was suppose to me with a new consultant named Troy at 1:00 on March 13,2024. I asked him several times for a contact information and where was I suppose to be meeting consultant. I arrived at orisini 2 at 1:00 pm as schedule waited twenty minutes before I was able to speak to someone. No one had any knowledge of my appointment time because information was not passed on like Israel said, in total I ended up waiting a hour! However Michael opt to help me and he apologized for the inconvenience and he was very kind very professional and detailed he ended up turning things around. Also Neda was GREAT she went above to find me an apartment that I love !

I don't think I would recommend an apartment to someone specifically because of maintenance. That seems odd.

I LOVE Raul he is the best maintenance guy and so kind, considerate, fast, smart, experienced, and it really feels like he has compassion and cares about the resident's comfort. The Orsini is lucky to have him.
