Whilst this service request was handled excellently, a plethora of amenities are poorly maintained, and I would therefore not recommend this apartment community.

Does not feel safe, especially in the garage. Appears a lot of units are holding more occupants than allowed.

I rated it a 3 because it was very hard to book an appointment. Every person except for 1 that I spoke with on the phone was not nice. One guy said he booked my appointment but the day of I called to confirm and no one could find it. The experience was awful. The only thing that made up for it was Mario. He was very helpful and the only leasing agent there. He took multiple guests at once and was very professional and helpful.
