Nothing was done… bath tub has been rusting out on the bottom for two years… I’ve asked for help for two years to have it fixed and nothing… mold is still there in the vents and in the walls

Overall I love the apartment it’s few things that just need a couple touches but it’s nothing too crazy. I love how comfortable and affordable they are as well.

Everyone and especially Jessica was so professional and courteous. I transferred to this apartment due to a big life change and Jessica showed compassion and empathy while guiding and explaining everything about the process. I have lived on the property for 15 years and I am happy and satisfied with my decision and plan to make The Park at Clear Lake my home for the foreseeable future.
