Both the people fix the problem in few minutes. Both were very gentle. Moreover I'm very thankful to the office staff for the quick action.

Dead or dying branches or trees need to be removed before falling down.

Everyone and especially Jessica was so professional and courteous. I transferred to this apartment due to a big life change and Jessica showed compassion and empathy while guiding and explaining everything about the process. I have lived on the property for 15 years and I am happy and satisfied with my decision and plan to make The Park at Clear Lake my home for the foreseeable future. Thank you to all the staff and maintenance team for all you do to make this complex a great place to live.

Biggest complaint is the central AC unit. It’s very outdated, and cannot keep up with the outside heat. Due to windows not sealing like they should, and unit itself just isn’t strong enough. Last summer I spent atleast $400 a month on my electric bill. The price of everything just goes up every year, rent, gas(even tho we use the same amount of water as usual, shouldn’t have to pay more in gas because others use theirs more), electric. But nothing changes. Still hot in the house, still lose hot water for almost a week every year, still have sewage water flood around the building and sidewalks where the children play. I’m thankful to have a roof over my family’s heads, but with the price being so high, it’s not even worth it. After this lease is up, we are out of here.

I had no hot water the first three days. Online bill payment didn't work so I had to get a money order. $5 I shouldn't have had to pay. Floors have black dirt. I had to mop several times to get them clean.

Had to get a money order because the online bill pay option wasn't working. No hot water last night or this morning.
