Towing scam… my friend can from Arkansas to visit and parked in the parking lot for 5 minutes and got towed… another two friends of mine where towed as well… one from out of town and the other id made a virtual parking pass for and they were still towedMy bath tub has had thick rust build up since u moved in and I’ve asked for it to be fixed several times… after a year of living here I was just told they will put me on the waiting list… meanwhile my entire bottom of my bathtub is rusting very bad… my living room window has been broken since I moved in… the sink in the kitchen has had water damage, the drawers don’t open and close properly… I was told when I moved in my stove was supposed to be replaced… I keep calling them to get it replaced bc it doesn’t work right and they just keep fixing it instead… the entire apartment is settling so bad my ceiling detached from the wall leaving a 2 ft crack and inch thick (was filled with sealing stuff) and it’s cracking again… I’ve put in maintenance request for many problems and they don’t get fully fixed and the maintenance leaves a mess every time weather it’s caulk that fell in the floor or screws they left in the carpet for my vacuum or my 3 yr old child to find… and a homeless man lives in our laundry room… I had to call the police bc he locked himself in there with my laundry (my child’s bedsheets) in the dryer

I received an email , a message stating the maintenance issue was taken care of, however that was not true at all. I still see a broken down rotting stairway and patio fence.

Nothing was done to the door. The gaps are still there. It is disappointing to get an email that it was fixed just to get there and nothing was done.I do not know what you did or where.
