I love it here! The office staff are friendly and very helpful & the amenities are wonderful; 24hr gym access, pool, playground, dog park & lake seating to oversee the lake.

I love this community! It was the first—and only—place I toured. I met Desiree right away, and she was incredibly welcoming. She took the time to learn what I was looking for in an apartment, got to know me a bit, and then sent me on a self-guided tour with refreshments and personalized recommendations. She explained each unit’s features so well! I actually toured the wrong apartment first, and I’m glad I did—it turned out to be the best happy accident! I fell in love with the vaulted ceilings, the HUGE walk-in closets, and the incredible sound insulation. Even with neighbors who host family gatherings and kids playing, I don’t hear a thing unless I open my window! When I applied, I had to complete pet screening for my ESA. The waiting period was longer than expected, which caused me a lot of stress, but Melinda was absolutely incredible throughout the process. She communicated with me consistently, reassured me when I was anxious, and even advocated to help speed things up so I could move in before Thanksgiving. I’m so grateful for her! And I haven’t forgotten Shoney! She was so kind every time I visited or called (which was often!). This management team is truly the best I’ve ever encountered—they listen, they care, and they genuinely work with you. Thank you all so much. This place is my dream home! P.S. I told them about some issues I ran into when I first moved in and maintenance and they made it super speedy and easy process.
