Overall experience is great! I wish your 2br are within our price range or we would not be moving.

I had specified no unit access when submitting a work order for a fridge water filter replacement, and this was already resolved when I was given a new filter by Ariel. We returned home on a later day and saw a notice that someone had entered and replaced the filter I had just gotten. Additionally, there were perishable items that were taken out of our fridge and left on the countertop which we did not discover until we returned home hours after the entry.

Improved facilities and equipment in the gym, better responsiveness to resident requests for security, common area repairs, rent discounts offered given how long some of these issues have impacted us and not been resolved. Community events also are a lot less frequent than when we originally moved here.
