Did such a great and timely job, it is so appreciated!! Only comment I would make is a friendly reminder to wear shoe coverings into the apartments as there’s lot of germs out there :)

I've enjoyed living here. There are a few things that slip through the gaps, like dirty concrete floors (though I do see the rugs are vacuumed regularly) and apartment windows that haven't been cleaned since I moved in. A good powerwash for the whole place would make it feel cleaner.I've also noticed that this year there have been numerous extra charges on top of rent that were not present the first year I was renting here. I was never really given an explanation for these. Services have not changed, and these fees are substantial in the range of a few hundred, which is kind of frustrating. Transparency around fees is really important when you're renting somewhere and is part of my hesitancy to commit to staying here at the moment.The rent here is high for the area, even for luxury apartments. I'd like to see that reflected back in overall building maintenance or see an appropriate readjustment of rent price. Admittedly, seeing rates online for apartments at the Parker right now that are about $1000 less for the same space is something I am taking note of. That's a pretty large discrepancy, especially since I've lived here for some time. Right now, there is a 2 BR listed for the same price as my 1 BR.My other note is that I wish the pool and common rooms were open a little earlier and later. 8 am start and 10 pm cutoff is a nice enough window, but many places have 24 hour lounges/pools.Overall, The Parker is a good place to live. Despite some difficulty around repairs, most issues are resolved quickly and responsibly. I'm not sure of the value, though and long-term cleanliness can be an issue.

Thank you to Marco for coming to finally resolve my issue! I've had persistent internet problems with my living room port since moving in but Marco helped figure it out after I had issues after the recent building fire checks/ power outages. Thank you Marco!
