Jack🛠️ has been helpful and trying to make the apartment as cool as possible. Within saying that he has helped the air seeping in somewhat by extra weatherstripping in areas where light/outside air/inside air escapes, depending on whether temperatures. Right now humidity and high heat-that’s how I’ve noticed . The AC keeps running and running and running and running and runningI’m dealing with it— causes the air unit to work extra hard and it can’t so it just wants to run and run and run and run because it can’t keep up the temperature at even 79° in the late afternoon is when the unit has the problem mainly… however, in saying that it has done the exact same thing in the late afternoon, two times in the morning time, but it’s because I wasn’t necessarily paying as close attention as I do now because this is affecting me big time. If I’m not around to maintain it during the earlier parts of the day, I’m finding is when it really becomes a problem in the late afternoon.-we have extremely high temperatures coming up again over 110°- in this apartment it’s a one bedroom one of the larger units. I’m told. The front room, including the kitchen dining room area is a total different temperature than my bedroom bathroom area. This has been an issue since I first moved in my first maintenance request on the front door was March 28, 2026.
