Touring the community not once, but twice was a phenomenal experience. The leasing agents were professional and provided lots of information. I would recommend anyone to go tour The Penstone Townhome and Apartments!

Adam was really great. He was patient and answered all my questions and showed me multiple floor plans in the type of apartment I needed. I gave a 9 out of 10 because pricing is way too high for that demographic. The only thing that was a bummer was the WiFi that’s included and mandatory but other than that, beautiful property.

Savanna was remarkable. She made me feel welcome. She provided access to our expertise. She displayed several apartments. Her personality was friendly, caring of your needs, and professional.
