My move in date, expectations, I received very poor customer service. The maintenance guy was more welcoming than the leasing agents. After I applied and got approved I got no further communication. My boyfriend went to the office to ask someone to contact me given I lived an hour away she said okay and never did.

I was lied to I was told I was approved got myself and kids ready to move to Burlington on the following Tuesday because I was told I could move in Tues she just needed corporate to sign off on one thing this was a Saturday then they stop answering the phone sent a letter stating I was not approved no communication what so ever very I professional

When a potential resident is calling to get information on an apartment it would be great to receive a call back

For the money paying for rent not really satisfied with how air conditioning unit is cooling the apartment. Maintenance says it's cooling out the vents but apartment still warm .sets thermostat at 70 will run all day at like 74 never reaching 70 until night fall when it's done cooled down outside at night
