So far everything has been good with the new maintenance for me. So far so good.

Get someone to really repair problems have had some sort of water issues for years

This work order has been in about 2 weeks and I get a notification that it's complete when no one has been to my apartment. It's not even anything big that needs fixing so I'm not sure why it got signed off on. I have pets and specifically asked to be notified when someone would be coming so I could put them away. I would like for The Pointe Apartments to do what they say they did. I know if I say I've paid the rent I better have paid it. It's bad enough that they are false advertising the amenities here at the complex. The website says there is a pool and a workout center but neither one is available and has not been for the four years I've been here. These apartments are not that bad. I enjoy living here but some things just aren't right.

We love living here! Everyone mostly been nice and great since new owners took over! I just hope rent prices don’t go up much more!

I really want to live here

Bathtub faucet still leaks

I appreciate the timely manner in which my tickets were answered.

It took two days to repair exterior lights, our unit was the only one affected. It should have been resolved that evening. As it created Safety and Security concerns.

When I moved in here I expected more out of the management and maintenance. I was told yall would call me ahead of time and not just pop up at my house. Maintenance walks in without a phone call , I need my apartment fixed !! Everything about this new management is horrible!!
