Be more strict with your rules on smoking. I have a two year-old and a newborn and I don’t need them around that. That’s a whole reason why we move here because it stated for people not to smoke

Enforce the dam bylaws you have in place. Kick out the people that continuously smoke pot in their apartment.Tow all the dam cars that are parked here that don't belong here overnight. Which is never done either.I can see there's a high turn over of people leaving this complex which isn't hard to see why.

If there’s any way to get people to stop smoking weed here that’d be lovely but I understand that’s hard to prevent.

This is such a beautiful complex. I lived here before it transitioned into traditional housing and the upgrades are beautiful. The property is kept clean. The gym is awesome. There are two pools and there’s plenty of areas to take great walks through the neighborhood. in most of all, it is extremely quiet.

Large spiders are finding their way into my unit.

I really liked that we had a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher.
