I'm very satisfied with my apartment and Minto management so far. The only this is that when I first visited the apartment with Reina, I specifically asked if it was a quiet place as I have bad Insomnia and it turns out that the tenant above me is very loud especially at night. I don't know how to deal with that so I'm going to make a complaint. If I have any ressources in that regard please let me know. We have been living here for more than 3 years, and my family and I truly enjoy living in this community. The apartments are great, the environment is comfortable and safe, and the team is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Thank you for creating such a positive experience for residents.

Arvin does an amazing job looking after the property.He is always positive and very cool thorough with his work.He is an excellent ambassador for Minto Properties.

The staff I’ve been in contact with a very friendly and always very helpful. The building is very quiet and well maintained. While the hallways and foyer are rather warm during the day, my suite is very comfortable.

The only issue we had was the cleanliness of our suite on move in day. There were quite a few things that must’ve been looked over or not cleaned prior to the previous tenant moving out (pet hair, dust accumulated on surfaces, lots of cobwebs, shower glass had some stains and marks). Other than that, our move in experience was amazing! By far our best experience yet. We appreciate how quickly any maintenance requests have been handled. We have recommended The Quarters to many friends

The bike storage should have a clean up. People can label them with the unit number the one with no number can be removedI’m sure there are many just left behind.
