Upstairs tenant is so noisy snd it often starts at 930pm like they are moving furniture around or using heavy noisy exercise equipment. It truly drives me nuts. They should have put in more sound proofing between floors. Building is way too hot.

Move in experience was great. Staff has been great. The water pipes make an annoying noise that wake me up very early in the morning. Fixing that issue would make my stay that much more enjoyable otherwise everything else is great.

Lock off elevators to make it easier for movers

A note was left on the wall in front of the car that there was stuff on the floor that needed to be removed. There had been nothing there for months (two fold up chairs last summer as I recall). So why was the note left? I just found it irritating although it really doesn’t matter. Not a big deal.

On the 3rd floor I can always smell Marijuana. I'm in 308

Rents should remain the same as they currently are especially for those who have been here awhile

While very happy with the unit and building in general, there are a couple of things. While we have lots of interior security cameras, we could use some outside, especially at the entrance/exit doors. Also, rents need to start coming down. Units in Calgary are starting come down and we need to do the same. Otherwise I believe you will start losing tenants. And that would be unfortunate as we have such a great group of people here

I love living here and would like to be able to sign a more long-term rental agreement to ensure I am able to lock-in rent cost. Earlier in my tenancy there was a 14 or 16 month option. I like the security of the rental price not increasing for a longer term, when rental prices are actually dropping in the city. This would be an excellent perk. Thank you.
