Some condos or apartments permit front entrance cameras. Some with face recognition as well, that permits locking door to criminals.

The soundproofing in the apartment leaves much to be desired

We viewed our apartment with Reina Williams and she was wonderful! Always very helpful and communicative with us. Answered all our questions and completely sold us on the apartment.

Any work requested has been fast and efficient. In some cases the workers go beyond the expectation.Very happy with the building!

Would be great to have better cleaners. Much of the suite was dirty (in and around laundry machines, light fixtures, bathroom fixtures, balcony, etc)

Price of rent. Its high. There are no incentives to continue to renew and be loyal to Minto.The units are hot. No AC or fans to circulate air.

Emphasis on not renting out to super young adults who have disregard for the community . Noise/smoking etc.

I want clarity on my monthly lease payment!!!Its a continual battle trying to keep the dust down here. I might have a dog but he is not the main cause. I keep my windows closed. I would like to know how much dust to truly being collected. What’s the micron level set at.The Filters are checked how often? Even I find im coughing more which I guarantee you is s result of all the dust.
