The staff have been very efficient and friendly when taking care of maintenance requests. The rooms are super nice and the property is clean and quiet. The only hard thing is the lack of parking and having to find a place to park outside of the property. Other than that, I’ve loved my stay here so far.

The toilet keeps breaking and the keys get stuck in the door. Maitenance takes forever to actually fix things and even when they do it just breaks again soon after. This place sucks.

Hello, my daughter is a current resident at one of your properties, The Republic, she had recently come into some issues with work and is no longer in a financial space to be able to afford her rent comfortably while being able to afford groceries, car payment, etc. She attempted to contact the office and discuss a lease break but they said there was no way to do so. She is having extreme difficulty finding someone to take over her lease but she simply cannot afford to stay there anymore and her father and I are not in a position to help her pay rent. There must be something that we can do to get her out of her lease so please do get back to me as soon as possible with a solution.Thank you,Suzanne Cournoyer
