Hello, my daughter is a current resident at one of your properties, The Republic, she had recently come into some issues with work and is no longer in a financial space to be able to afford her rent comfortably while being able to afford groceries, car payment, etc. She attempted to contact the office and discuss a lease break but they said there was no way to do so. She is having extreme difficulty finding someone to take over her lease but she simply cannot afford to stay there anymore and her father and I are not in a position to help her pay rent.
