Couple maintenance questions

I believe that corroded batteries, 'inside' the thermostat, which controls our açess to heat while there are single digit temps outside, garnered a quicker response.Then when I called to ask when it would be taken care of, I felt like I was bothering staff, and that my concern was insignificant.I adore Codi, and Bobby. I certainly could have misperceived the communication.

The bedroom ceiling fan was not fixable. The washer is still being addressed. I will bring video to show problem.
