Need my Pantry Door adjusted again, Jerald taken care of the issue immediately. Continue to have issues with the Refrigerator. Sounds like a bowl of Rice Crispy extremely Noisy. While on the phone I've go to another room to carry on a conversation due to the Noisy refrigerator. I've had a few refrigerators in my life, never have I had one that was noisy, popping, crackling loud as the one in mu unit, it's Insane! I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO BUY A REFRIGERATOR! Another issues the refrigerator was running when I arrived home Two (2) evening back @ 4:30 Pm Continue to run until 10:30Pm. Might add, no idea when refrigerator started running, this is not helping my electric Bill! THE REFRIGERATOR0 SHOULD NOT RUN CONSTANTELY LIKE THIS ONE DOES. Jerald said there is NOTHING HE CAN DO UNTIL IT STOPS WORKING. NOT ONLY WILL LOSE MY FOOD, THIS IS CAUSING ME TO HAVE A HIGH ELECTRIC BILL. This issues needs to be addressed with UPPER MGMT AND REPLACE REFRIGERATOR THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE MR TO LEAVE A ROOM TO CARRY ON A CONVERSATION MOR TURN OFF MY TV SO MY NEOGHBORS DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT MY TV BEING LOUD. CeCe & Jerald have done their job, let's keep in mind they are limited to what they can do until they "PEOPLE THAT MAKE BIG $$$$ TO GIVE THE OK.THEY DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO A REFRIGERATOR THAT SOUNDS LIKE A BOWL OF CEREAL THAT SNAPS, CRACKELAND POPS!! REPLACE THE REFRIGERATOR!!! IF REQUIRED I AM HAPPY TO SPEAK WITH THE UPPER MGMT WHO OK THE REPLACEMENT OF THE REFRIGERATOR!!
