I'm a new resident as of mid November, 2022 At the moment things I've seen have been positive. One thing I am concerned about is a "SPRINKLER" guessing by my Back Door area. It washes the kitchen window, Back Door window, water get under the door into the Kitchen area, soaked my outside area rugs and washes my Patio furniture. I've pulled up my area rugs, well get a cover for my Patio Furniture. I would like to add another comment: My thought, I believe it's ridiculous you give residents Three (3) day to pay their Rent "BEFORE A SUM IS IMPOSED AS A PUNISHMENT FOR AN OFFENSE. I've looked for a resident on and off for Two (2) years. All places I looked at their time window to pay RENT is "BY THE 5TH" OF THE MONTH. As soon as I told CeCe my air conditioner was not working she sent the maintenance guy over to put in a small window unit in my living area. The next day I told her the apartment was still too hot and I could not sleep in the bedroom where my oxygen is set up. She sent the maintenance man back over to put a small unit in my bedroom window. She ordered Freon for my air conditioner but it took some time for it to come in. She kept me informed and checked on me every day. As soon as the Freon came in she sent the maintenance man over to put in. However that did not fix the problem…ac still did not cool. Then she started process of getting air conditioner looked at by a contractor. The contractor told me the main unit had a leak and would have to be repaired before it would hold Freon. As soon as CeCe got approval she had the repairman come right out. CeCe is very efficient and did everything she could do for me, her hands are tied until all the steps required are met to get the a/c repaired. First, our property manager, CeCe did an amazing job expediting our request for maintenance to make the necessary repair(s)that was needed in our kitchen. The maintenance person, 'Roy' fixed the issue in a professional and timely manner. Glad that Peak has such a professional staff. Gratefully, Judy and Kent Aldrich
