As far as I am aware nothing was done for the issue and no one scheduled a day with me for anything to be done. It would be nice if there was communication and proof that something was actually done.

Jahar was the best one. She showed me the different apartments options, also give me the contact for the other places that are part of the group. She gave me tour in a golf car and explained to me everything with detail
