The energy was great

It could have been cleaned much better as well as re caulking the baseboards and windows so bugs can’t come in. Also the windows should have been washed on the outside. I found 2 dead cockroaches when I walked in with my keys the first time and my leasing agent had to get them.

(2) work orders for master bath “bug” damage behind bathroom mirror- no maintenance man came on this issue(1) work order to spray for severe ant issue at patio door- no exterminator came by

They take too long to come repair and nothing is done neat

The maintenance team has always been polite and respectful. However, I would like to point out that on several occasions repairs seem to be done as temporary or quick fixes, causing the same issues to return and requiring additional service requests. This can be frustrating for residents and creates unnecessary inconvenience that could be avoided with more thorough and lasting repairs from the start. I hope the quality of repairs can be improved to help prevent future issues.

This is the second time my maintence request was seemingly “taken care of” but no one ever showed up to my apartment. I really need someone to check out my kitchen to assess where the FLYING ROACHES are coming from . We’ve already had the team come in and spray which we really appreciate it but it didn’t seem to help at all.

Not sure why i got a notification saying maintenance was complete when there is no way they were able to look at any actual issues within an hour. They did not communicate anything about the issue.
