It is an amazing place,but what makes it special is the professionalism that you can feel there,honest people,there isn't hidden fees,the Girls explain everything very transparent.Thank you.

This is the second time my maintence request was seemingly “taken care of” but no one ever showed up to my apartment. I really need someone to check out my kitchen to assess where the FLYING ROACHES are coming from . We’ve already had the team come in and spray which we really appreciate it but it didn’t seem to help at all.

Not sure why i got a notification saying maintenance was complete when there is no way they were able to look at any actual issues within an hour. They did not communicate anything about the issue.

As far as I am aware nothing was done for the issue and no one scheduled a day with me for anything to be done. It would be nice if there was communication and proof that something was actually done.

No one in the maintence team came to my apartment to help with the roach issue

Jahar was the best one. She showed me the different apartments options, also give me the contact for the other places that are part of the group. She gave me tour in a golf car and explained to me everything with detail

Daniel Perez was super racist toward me I had to deal with harassment’ until they force me to leave .

Jahaira made my tour very pleasant, thorough and informative. Great conversationalist, I enjoyed it very much.
