This was a terrible experience. It took almost 4 months for them to fix the issue, 2 to even address the issue. They never checked for any signs of mold in the ceiling or walls where there was a leak. They also did not communicate about when anything got done so I don’t even know if the roof was fully fixed as it was only half fixed 3 weeks ago. The maintenance team came in unannounced while I was showering one of the days which made me very uncomfortable and they never provided us with a schedule of when they would be in our apartment. This is very unprofessional and uncomfortable. They also left a huge mess tracked all through the apartment from their shoes and the drywall repair and made no attempt to clean it up.

Please, Warn all neighbors to put their trash in the container; they leave bags outside unnecessarily.

Need lot of maintenance issues take very long time to get done the local team is grate

The staff is nice and the property is located in safe neighborhood but for the amount of money we pay the grounds could be kept much cleaner
