Overall love the complex. Spacious units, well maintained property. Nice amenities that are kept very clean. Only complaint is that regular cleaning of the entrances to the stairwells/just outside of them would be helpful in the warmer months. With so many dogs (which I LOVE) it can get a little stinky with the smell of urine. Also, being such a dog friendly community it's really disappointing there is no grass or turf area for the pets. It would be really nice to convert one of the areas with a lot of succulents into a grass/turf area and/or a small dog run.

The tour was great! Apartments were laid out nice and the color choices were fun. Wouldn’t recommend community to families with young children.

The tour was awesome because we got to see a variety of units. It was well paced and the design of the community was exceptional.
