Abandoned cars should be towed away. One of the BBQ grills needs to be repaired. The access gate to dog wash should be repaired right away. There’s also the issue of garbage left behind when people move and leave their bed mattresses, furniture or other large objects by the dumpsters.

really poor tour and leasing agent. Super quiet, did not ask that many questions, I found myself speaking more than her she didn’t greet us much either. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and we were a group of 3 touring - timely, respectful, etc. the front of the property shojld reflect the community and frankly it would never be a community I’d recommend to friends because of this. The role of a leasing agent shojld be tk sell, she did not sell. She lacked candor enthusiasm and basic questioning skills.

Very dog friendly community, but not really any good spaces for the dogs to go without any grass. The mulch and soil is very dirty. While the succulents are beautiful they make ot hard for dogs to use the bathroom. Would be nice if one of those areas was converted to a small grassy area and/or fenced in. Community overall is beautiful with great amenities.

The response time for work order requests is impressive, ensuring that any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.The amenities provided are fantastic, adding to the overall quality of living here. I absolutely love my apartment; it’s comfortable and well-maintained. The location is ideal, offering a great neighborhood that is perfect for both myself and my children.
