Concerns brought to the office staff are brushed off and minimized and it’s a purely CYA response that could be handled with basic decency but instead has to be escalated and stressful. Nothing ‘luxury’ about it.

The person who toured us was extremely friendly and helpful. The community was very nice, peaceful, and clean. The property has everything we are looking for in our next place. We hope to find a home here. Our only draw back being the rent is a little higher than we hoped.

Set times for unit inspections & fire drills. Very hard for those who work from home to not be able to schedule meetings from 8:30-4pm and hear fire alarms on calls
