The community is everything we’re looking for. Both Melissa and Julietta are the kindest most wonderful welcoming humans. They deserve lots of praise for their positive attitudes and knowledge of the community.

With the large amount of dogs onsite Seaton should consider making an area with grass for the tenants pets. However, Seaton does a great job providing dog bags and waste baskets for the tenants around the complex, but a designated area would be nice. Maybe even a fence around it. Like the area by the large Seaton signs where tenants take their dogs already.

Nice place

The individuals who lived above me were probably the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. The stomped around day in and day out, dropped/threw things (sounded like bowling), and would play their entertainment systems extremely loud. Even after a complaint nothing changed.

The complex is impressive. The styling is modern and upscale. Gas stoves are a plus.

Great community and tour but the interstate noise made it more undesirable.

Been a resident there for the last couple months. Everyone has been very accommodating and polite.
