Waiting too long for maintenance response and help.

We continue to have a hard time with them not taking the balance off when it was paid in full. The apartments were so roach infested that it infested our cars. They need to demolish these apartments and rebuild the entire complex. That’s how bad the roaches are. We are not the only ones who have experienced this.

I need the mold removed from the ac leak. It is making me sick.

The whole thing was a nightmare. And it took over two months to get my refund. Moving into Harbor Walk has been even more of a nightmare. You should put more pride into your properties. Hire people who know what they're doing and people who actually care about their tenants.

The co battery was resolved thank you but I still need the battery 9V for the fire alarm both machines were beeping, this would be the second request thank you it can wait until after 4th since it's a holiday week

Need to take care of your good residents any way you can. Do your job and you will.never have to worry about an empty place or low residency. Dont put residents orders on the back burner.

The work order was resolved quickly with professional communication from the technician.
