George is wonderful…we adore him and Jarvis. :) The dishwasher is still not working fully, so I’m not sure if the dishes are really getting clean, and it’s very difficult handwashing things one-handed. So I really hope we get a new dishwasher soon.

Right now if I could give this place no stars I would. This place is absolutely terrible. No gym. No pool but for what about a week? No idea when it’s going to be open again I have no trust in any of the previous managers that have worked here because they all lied to us. When I moved in almost 3 years ago the office lady said the workout room would be reopened shortly. It has yet to be opened how is that not crazy? The pool closed because of the light is broken is crazy why wasn’t it fixed when the pool was closed over the winter time? Why does the pool open and a week later they want to do something about it and only because the city said they were going to fine them if they didn’t close it until it was fixed. For the love of god and respectfully this place needs to get their shit together. No one is happy here. And the so called amenities that are advertised on the website need to be taken down until they’re actually back.

Looking forward to the new management team turning the curb appeal back around. Its my second time living here amd the past management let it go. It needs a little TLC and the new management is working on this.

Not very pleased with the apartment right now. The first year and a half we lived here we had no roaches and now they’re terrible. In the three years we’ve lived here we have not had a workout room we can use and we barely have a pool. Last summer we didn’t have the pool at all due to the black algae growing in it. And now the light is broken so who knows how long the pool is going to be closed now. The pool is the only amenity that we have and we barely have access to it. Never year round and barely in the summer time. Each year the rent goes up and the complex gets worse. The new ladies working in the office are really nice and I really hope they can turn this place around and not disappoint us like all the other management people we had. The maintenance guys are great, always helping out. But if I’m being honest if I could afford to move out I wouldn’t been gone after the first lease. It shouldn’t be you get what you pay for it should be this place is a great price for how awesome it is, and I’m hoping one day I can say that.

Looking forward to the new management. Hoping we can get it back to where it was the first time I lived here. It was such a wonderful experience I moved back.

The maintenance staff was told the incorrect information on the work item.

Issue was reported months ago. No communication on updates or time frame. I understand outside contractures were needed. But when I confirmed the appointment for a 3/10 a day in advance in person, I was later informed that it was scheduled for 3/11. No contact, no updates, I felt I had to be checking in constantly just to get basic status of progress.Work was good in the end. Still noticeable chipping/spots on the soap holder area. But at this point the main issues on the tub and wall were addressed and corrected.

The new staff I like but before was terrible the maintenance has gotten a lot better now that there’s 2 people instead of just one (poor Jarvis) the amenities are still not good because we’ve lived here for 3 years and have yet gone to the gym because it hasn’t been open and the pool last summer was absolutely terrible but it’s starting to look better. I think the new staff is really trying to get it together and hopefully they do because it shouldn’t be you get what you pay for it should be wow this place is so amazing I can’t believe it’s such a good price!
