Need to take care of your good residents any way you can. Do your job and you will.never have to worry about an empty place or low residency. Dont put residents orders on the back burner.

Took 4 months to replace my ac with my electricity bill being $500+ per month. When they finally hired a contractor my electricity bill went down to under $150 and they refused to provide any compensation. The pool was always filthy, the exercise room was closed for repairs for the whole year I was there. Property management is the worst I have ever seen, office often closed during business hours for no reason and they would never respond to you until you went back to the office to check on your issues. Apartments have roach problems and are unlevel.

Nothing was done with my gutter and the side of the apt pieces hanging off still and gutter is hanging off and coming away from the patio

The whole situation was very sketchy. No one seemed to have any answers on why or what was happening, the was no compensation for uprooting my family in an already stressful time. We were given a deadline and had a family death only to be treated like it didn’t matter. On top of all of that we were not given the keys to the new apartment in a different complex (still owned by the same company) until 3 days before we had to be out which was extremely stressful. Overall this was poorly managed with terrible communication on managements part. The only good staff the shore has is Jarvis the maintenance guy he’s such a great person. everyone in the office all had different answers and didn’t know what to tell residents.
