I gave no issues here so far but tenants with dogs should pick up after the dogs I walk for exercise and see poop sometimes in the grounds

The stairs going up to 2nd floor are lose and lot of noise coming into my apartment on the lower floor. Front door lock is still hard to open at times.

so far my experience. this place is the safe location to live, but the bad thing is the drive way to many Pothole and the gym is still CLOSED since we moved in 2024.

I did go months without AC in the summer even after putting in multiple requests and having it “fixed” a bunch of times, so that was a bummer.

The stairs were hard to maneuver to bring furniture up but in the end we got it taken care of.
