I'm a 75 year old veteran thats been living about 5years or better and had a accident in oct of 25 had surgery, now on ss and has been late with paying rent on the 1st because I get my ck on the second Wednesday of the month, u been charging for late fees instead of trying to help someone u rather charged them late fees

I just put in another maintenance request for the same issue. Per maintenance paper left at my apartment, the issue was a loose wire. On the newest request, I suggested new wiring as a long term solution vs. a quick, cheaper “fix” that has done nothing for the cooling situation of my apartment.

Front door was hard to lock.
