Tanna has been great!!

I paid my rent for the month of November on time the new employee that 12 something because I have a camera on my door put an eviction notice on my door by the time I got home the office was closed the very next morning I go into the office and show the eviction notice and ask what is this cause I paid my rent the lady that place the eviction notice wanted to see the notice I had a tour so I proceeded to speak with a new manager, and he said let me look into it. The only person in this office is Tana that does things on time and I greatly appreciate her. I’ve left messages emails regarding my water bill being over $60 for one person in an apartment and in the same building that I’m in you got two and three people living in one apartment or I see them coming in and out all day. The maintenance guys are phenomenal. This new assistant manager you have left a very bad taste in my mouth by placing that note on my door come to find out I signed my lease. The conclusion they came with it was I was on month The eviction notice on my door said I owe 916 and some change I paid nine 961.67 I hope there’s not any more problems and I’m older Credit that was very embarrassing situation. I hope from this point with the assistant new manager I don’t have this problem anymore and everybody could be on the same communication page. It seems that we’re going back again to where we have a new manager, a assistant manager every 3 to 6 months the only person that has been here is Tanya and I appreciate her again and she goes above and beyond duty helping residence here at this facility

The issue was never resolved and no maintenance personnel ever showed up.

I have a ac keeps on freezing up and just packages and bandages and wife has medical issues and it seems like alwys a problem with my ac its been like this for a long time

Our dishwasher broke down and we reported it to the office from June 2025 until today, October 2025, we still haven't received any information even though we reported it to the office many times and received irresponsible answers like I don't know exactly when? We replaced a new person so we don't have any information????

The shore management needs to get it together. I’ve had work orders completed that were never even started. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

The reason I am moving is because I’ve tried repeatedly to make sure my appliances were up and running but kept on breaking. There was also a really bad leak in the AC that was causing really bad mold in the closet that never seemed to get better no matter what I did. I also had a leak in the ceiling.

I tried to move in with my friend and they made it awful. And very rude to the point we gave up completely with this apartment complex
