The staff was great I just wasn’t happy with the fact there was mold in the ceiling after a terrible leak upstairs. I’m in cancer treatment and could not stay there with mold. I don’t think I should be charged any extra fee due to this fact:)

Some nonrelevant paperwork at contract signing. Receptive to phone calls and emails and in the office. App is very handy/convenient. Initial repair request was completed very quickly! Very good start.
