My overall personal experience has been good until recently.I am deeply concerned about the response to those who had floods. I saw the condition in which one of the apartments was left for the tenant to return and spoke to another tenant who had a similar experience. The way in which the renovations were handled surprised me as I have had a good experience with maintenance and day-to-day care. I keep to myself and didn't know until recently how many floods this property has had. I can't reasonably stay in the property knowing how little support the tenants received following the damage to their property and the poorly managed reconstruction.The fire alarms were also a problem but they seem to have been resolved. We won't know until next winter.

Since the transition to a new GM Damian i have a new faith and peace about my experiences as always kudos to Syd & Dawn.

Fire alarm is extremely loud. For people with heart condition could be a health risk. Water turns brown always after fire alarm so cannot be used. Some dog owners do not pick up/clean after their dogs. Urine in elevators and poop on sidewalks are not unusual.

The fire alarm in building 200 often goes off, and most time in midnight. I have to evacuate to outside and wait for the firefighters coming to silent the alarm. This totally destroyed my rest and I will therefore give a 1 star only

The complex seems nice. Solid 4 star. Not 5

Upkeep and maintanence was excellent, and units appeared updated and attractive, and clean in elevators and hallways.

So friendly and welcoming. Beautiful place.

I believe there was only one email I received n 12 months.And during the spring/summerWhen the garbage suit was broken NEVER received communication when it would be fixedWhen it was actually working we were not notified but I found out from a neighbor that is was working.Coulx have had 1 or 2 more dumpsters set outside for our trashI saw rodents several times
