I believe there was only one email I received n 12 months. And during the spring/summer When the garbage suit was broken NEVER received communication when it would be fixed When it was actually working we were not notified but I found out from a neighbor that is was working. Coulx have had 1 or 2 more dumpsters set outside for our trash I saw rodents several times

The entire team was amazing and went above and beyond throughout my tenure. Rebecca, Rich. Aaron, Dawn and Sydney are awesome!

Property managers and staff are rude and arrogant. Had multiple packages stolen. Staff was useless in following up. Charged a cleaning fee for my apartment I left in very good condition after overpaying. No surveillance or cameras on the entirety of the property. Genuinely doesn’t feel like a safe environment. I had my tires magically go flat 3 times throughout the time at the Slate. Never in my life have I ever had a problem before this. Everyone I talk to feels the same way. Glad I got out of here.

Staff was absolutely fabulous- they do a wonderful job- just that the building itself had issues- worst was the foul smell from the tankless water heater- design flaw but still a lot of money to pay for an apartment that smelled like garbage- also the problem with the sprinkler system that set off fire alarms on always the coldest nights…again a LOT of money to pay for this inconvenience every winter.

The Slate in Andover was a terrific place to call home for 6 years! Living in this community was wonderful. The SLATE TEAM- Rebecca, Dawn, Sydney, Rich and Aaron- was responsive and made sure every detail about day to day living was top notch! They were always friendly, helpful and cared about the community 100%. I will miss living at The Slate! My dog will too!

We just transfer to the first floor, because a noise complaint about a 3 year old playing, the new apartment was super dirty. We have lees space and more expensive rent.
