I think especially this year the state of the building doesn’t align with the rent increases. We have had issues with brown water and broken trash chutes.

First and foremost I would like to highlight how nice the staff is and how they helped me to navigate transitioning to the new neighborhood. Dawn showed me around and patiently answered all my questions. The place is amazing! Nice finishing touches, appliances and flooring. Best of all is family friendly. Very peaceful! I loved it and I would highly recommend it.
