Throughout the entire tour I felt extremely comfortable. Sydney was so kindhearted, bubbly, and was actually invested in getting to know you. She was so personal! The community is so inviting. During the tour many residents came up to us and told me how wonderful the Slate is and I was relieved to hear the sincerity in their voices!

It was a great experience touring and getting all the information we needed.

Because Dawn she was very professional a nice lady and an easy person she explained everything to me I was very pleased with her

People are friendly and they knew what to do with new tenants explain everything the way should be

If the web page says one rent, but I am charged significantly more, that is the mark of an untrustworthy apartment.

Property managers and staff are rude and arrogant. Had multiple packages stolen. Staff was useless in following up. Charged a cleaning fee for my apartment I left in very good condition after overpaying. No surveillance or cameras on the entirety of the property. Genuinely doesn’t feel like a safe environment. I had my tires magically go flat 3 times throughout the time at the Slate. Never in my life have I ever had a problem before this. Everyone I talk to feels the same way. Glad I got out of here.
