The premises are not clean and hallways are filled with stuffy air in summer

Staff was absolutely fabulous- they do a wonderful job- just that the building itself had issues- worst was the foul smell from the tankless water heater- design flaw but still a lot of money to pay for an apartment that smelled like garbage- also the problem with the sprinkler system that set off fire alarms on always the coldest nights…again a LOT of money to pay for this inconvenience every winter.

The Slate in Andover was a terrific place to call home for 6 years! Living in this community was wonderful. The SLATE TEAM- Rebecca, Dawn, Sydney, Rich and Aaron- was responsive and made sure every detail about day to day living was top notch! They were always friendly, helpful and cared about the community 100%.I will miss living at The Slate! My dog will too!
