Fantastic place to live. Everything is top notch .Grounds and common places are well kept , staff and tenants are very friendly . I love everything .

Sydney was great. Very nice, informative, and enthusiastic. She showed me the model apartment and a 2 bedroom apartment and the community space and answered all my questions. It was great to meet her.

The premises are not clean and hallways are filled with stuffy air in summer

Staff was absolutely fabulous- they do a wonderful job- just that the building itself had issues- worst was the foul smell from the tankless water heater- design flaw but still a lot of money to pay for an apartment that smelled like garbage- also the problem with the sprinkler system that set off fire alarms on always the coldest nights…again a LOT of money to pay for this inconvenience every winter.
