Informative, helpful, staff friendly

The man at the front office was very kind and helpful during the tour. I believe it may have been the best tour out of several I have ever had. Please give that man a raise!

So far everything has been pretty good. The move in process was nice and easy. The community is pretty quiet and I like the fact that I’m close to the pool and common area. The only negative thing so far has been the long walk to the trash can.

Informative, not pushy.

I have always rented upon graduating in year 2012. I’ve lived in many luxury apartments from Greensboro, High Point and now Winston Salem, NC. By far, Stratford at Hillcrest has truly been the best residence I’ve lived in. Office staff has been supportive and prompt from the time I inquired about their property. No maintenance issue has gone unresolved in appropriate timing. The space is updated and nicely laid out, the area?! Super convenient to grocery stores, self care venues and gyms. The area also lends a great community to enjoy family walks. Our gym and pool are both accommodating and updated. It’s a safe space to enjoy with my child and I plan to be here until I feel led to move and even then I hope to move into their townhomes close by. Please, if you’re looking to rent, consider this space. As a renter for now over 20 years I get my moneys worth and peace of mind.

Overall I have enjoyed living at the Stratford at Hillcrest due to its convenient location, generally quiet neighborhoods and fairly spacious apartments. However maintenance can be very slow at times.
