My experience was great! Athena S. the assistant property manager at the Stratford at Hillcrest was so amicable and sweet! She was able to give suggestions based on what I was looking for. She was also very knowledgeable of the property altogether!

The staff are amazing! Daniel is great and very helpful. We just sold our house and had a quick move. He found us the apartment we wanted and everything was clean and perfect.

Location alone gave this place no competition, but after touring with Daniel, location doesn't even matter, it's just a cool place to live.

Overall the staff was very friendly and the clubhouses decorated very nice.

Daniel was amazing! He showed us around and gave us the grand tour. Knowing if we live here, that’s who we would be in contact with on a daily gave us a lot of relief. Very considerate and down to earth. Looking forward to living on this beautiful property. I have friends that already live here and they love it!!

So far, my experience has been great! The property managements are so kind and have really made me feel welcomed in this community.

The staff were very accommodating and courteous. Grateful for Mr. Daniel who walk us through the move in process, he was very prompt and supportive in providing all the details that we needed. We feel welcomed right away.

I love the apartments to death I just can not afford them with all the stuff included in the rent it’s just to much for me thanks anyways
