Property management staff is phenomenal!!

I’ve lived here for several years. Location is great and the apartments themselves are wonderful. Miss our previous property manager and staff. Things just seemed to be handled faster and with less hiccups. Maintenance has gotten really slow about fixing things, sometimes not at all.

We were welcomed, then nicely went on a tour of an apartment. The kids were allowed to asked questions. We loved it.

This is our 5th year returning to Stratford at Hillcrest for our winter snow-bird break. Although they can't control the weather, they do a nice job of making us feel welcome with our newly renovated apartment. These apartments feel clean and spacious. The new granite countertops in the kitchen add the finishing touch. We hope to be back again for a 6th season, money and health being the determining factors.

Laura was great and very welcoming! I was miss lead by thinking all apartments had stainless steel appliances from the apartment I was shown I was disappointed about that. The people that live in houses bring their dogs over to the apartment complex to poop and I don’t think that is fair or right because they don’t pick the poop up!!! But overall nice and quiet place to live.

I absolutely love my apartment and the environment here at The Stratford at Hillcrest. The only feedback I have is there needs to be better turn around time on maintenance issues. I understand there are urgent issues but waiting two weeks for minor issues to be addressed is frustrating. The office and maintenance staff here are awesome — I truly appreciate each one if he team members here. so this is not directed to staff here but to real-source to find long term solution.

Laura was amazing, answered all my questions and gave me multiple options for what I am looking for! I will be leasing soon, and this is where I want to live! Thanks for all the help!
