Living here has been a pleasant experience. The environment is clean., quiet, and well-maintained. I’ve appreciated the peaceful action, fear, and overall sense of safety and comfort in the community.

This place is horrible to live. The conditions of the rental units are atrocious. The maintenance team is a joke. They place Band-Aids on serious problems like mold and drywall damage and expect you to pay full rent. They refuse to acknowledge maintenance request for things like lifted flooring until somebody gets hurt and has to go to the emergency room.I definitely would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know.

They need to get rid of Alicia the worst decision ever leaving her there since Estevan left the office is never open and no help or assistance for the residents i rather move then deal with people that don’t care about the residents

I would like to say I’ve been there for five years. I will thank the office people are amazing of the great job. I’m doing the best they could special is Estefan and the other girls name is Alicia .
