Viciente has been excellent. He consistently ensures that any repairs he completes are done thoroughly and remain in good condition. I’ve had multiple issues with the cupboards and doors, and he resolved all of them with great care. Unfortunately, the original contractor’s workmanship on the apartment was quite poor, which led to numerous service requests. I truly appreciate viciente reliability and attention to detail.
