Vicente always gets a 10 for his willingness to help. I had him over to check out my washer and mentioned I would need to place a new service request for a burner on my stovetop. He said there was no need since it's something simple. He was able to adjust the burner, so that helped us both save some time.

The boy is always polite and very fast. We appreciate his help anytime.

Viciente has been excellent. He consistently ensures that any repairs he completes are done thoroughly and remain in good condition. I’ve had multiple issues with the cupboards and doors, and he resolved all of them with great care. Unfortunately, the original contractor’s workmanship on the apartment was quite poor, which led to numerous service requests. I truly appreciate viciente reliability and attention to detail.
