I would like to dispute charges for replacing the parts for couches/chairs. These are damages that were caused by cats owned by roommates prior to my tenancy. Additionally, there are damages to the paint that were also there before I moved in (such as the black markings made by the blinds). I'm not sure if I am being charged for the chair in my room, but I have photos that that was damaged prior as well.**(Please note that this form does not allow me to include all photos I have of the damages.)**

I was promised that I could move into my apartment earlier than my lease date because my medical school started before my lease can begin. I signed my lease back in September 2025. I even made it clear at the time of signing what my needs were and when my school year would start. My first day of class was August 3 and today is August 10 and I have still not been able to move into my Apartment. Every time I call it is yet another excuse about either painting, maintenance or cleaning. The manager has done at least two or three walk-throughs of the unit and it is still not up to par. My frustration is in the fact that I feel like my unit is not being prioritized, despite knowing the fact that I am displaced and that I signed my lease and communicated my needs so far in advance. while the team has been positive and professional my frustration is in the fact that nobody even the manager Kennedy seem to have any conflict resolution skills, and instead choose to rely on excuses every day. I would greatly appreciate some kind of follow up because I am extremely disappointed in my experience.

All the pictures of damages of the furniture and blinds in the living room were all there when I moved in. I didn’t do those. To back this up, you can ask the roommate that is still there from last year. Her name is Alena. Also when I left the apartments willingly, I did not know I’d be responsible for every month of rent leading up to the end of my lease next year. I was not told that in any email until now. I do not know what to do about that.

I am being charged for damage that I have documented by photos that I did not commit, as well as I left multiple notices to the faculty about the damages caused by a former roommate. Room damages were documented as well by previous leasees

I was charged $75 dollars for “damage fees” I took great care of the room and didn’t cause any damage. I only lived there for four months.

Me and my roommates have put in three maintenance requests to get our washer fixed because it smells like chemicals and is leaving dark stain all over our clothing and each time they say they “fixed it” but nothing changes. We are looking to get reimbursed for our damaged items and to get our washer replaced.
