I was charged for a missing parking tag in which I mailed in when I moved out in the beginning of May. I already filed a dispute form and received a reply from Abigail Sheehy asking if I have shipping confirmation or a receipt from when I mailed the tag. I do not have confirmation or a receipt because I sent it in the regular mail as it was not a package. I informed the office workers at Summit when I moved out that I did not have my parking tag because I had a different car with me that day because I needed a larger car to fit all of my stuff in. I was told that I would not be charged the missing tag fee if I mailed it in, which I did the following day. I have no proof that the Summit workers did not misplace my missing tag, as it was mailed in in the beginning of May, therefore I am expecting the $75 charge to be dropped. I should not have to pay a fee of a tag I mailed in and likely was misplaced by the Summit workers.

I turned in my parking pass in person

Hi, I vacated the apartment on 6/1 so there should be no utility charge. I will pay for the key.

For the common area, the blind was broken on move in. Additionally the carpet stain was present on move in as well. These charges were waived for my roommate Landon Shiland and I would ask you to refer to his pictures of the common area before check in.

The blind was broken before we moved in. I documented this. I have picture and text proof. The stain on the carpet was also there before we moved in. Also documented and submitted so that this situation would not occur. My roommate was charged with a bunch of stuff as well and got it all removed. If you want picture proof, go to the stuff that I submitted or look at my roommate Landon Shiland who had his request approved. I would like both of these charges removed

There was still a roommate who was still living in the apartment and I believe still is, their lease hadn't expired by the time I moved out. I don't think I should get charged for any carpet cleaning that had to be done to the common area because I cleaned everything in the common area that I could. Anything left there is likely due to that roommate still being there. Same deal if there was a trash bag that needed taken out since that was surely not mine. There was no trash bag in my room. I also think my bedroom's carpet was not in bad condition so I don't understand why I'm being charged 50 dollars as a cleaning fee.

I moved out back in May and took everything with me, throwing out all of my trash. I turned my keys in May 3rd and filled out the sheet to be moved out. Prior to this I had been told that I could officially move out at this time but even after several calls/emails, I continued to technically remain a resident. My two other roommates moved out after me and I believe the trash shown in the images belongs to them. Based on the fines, it seems as though I am the only one being charged which is incredibly frustrating given the circumstances.

Please remove Grant Wilson’s charge of $650 for 16 bags of trash. We have emailed, we have called and you will not discuss. You base the payment on a phone conversation yet you are unwilling to have a conversation.Grant was not the last one to leave the apartment. He left with 100% of his belongings. He additionally left the apartment clean. We have supplied photos, emails.

I am disputing this charge because the marks on the walls that I am being charged to have repainted were already present when I moved into the room. I documented these marks on my move-in inspection statement and uploaded photographs and videos showing that they were there before I moved in.Before moving out, I also took the time to try to scrub and clean the marks myself. The photographs I have from after I moved out show that the marks are actually lighter than they were when I moved in. I always make an effort to leave a place cleaner than I found it, and I do not believe I should be charged for repainting marks that were pre-existing and documented at move-in.I understand that The Summit may state that the walls and carpets were cleaned or redone before I moved in. However, the marks were still present when I received the room, which is supported by my move-in photos and inspection documentation. The carpet was also not in the condition I was told it was in. Within the first few days of moving in, the carpet caused the bottoms of my feet to turn black from walking on it, and I had to clean it myself. I have photographs documenting this and can provide them if necessary.I can provide both my original move-in photographs and my move-out photographs for comparison. I am requesting that this charge be reviewed and removed because the wall marks were pre-existing, documented before I moved in, and were not caused by me.

My son sent a picture of his parking pass during the move out process. Here is another picture of it. Please remove the $75 fee.In regard to the cleaning/damage charges, my husband and I spend the entire day at the apartment cleaning when no other tenants were left to assist with cleaning the entire kitchen and common area and additionally did a very thorough job cleaning his unit. I understand that there was a mark larger than a quarter when we removed a command strip from my son’s bedroom wall, so that is understandable, but I do not agree with the charge for full paint of the common area and the couch cushion. The couch material was not in great condition two years ago when my son moved in, nor is it a very durable material. Also nothing in the clean up/move out expressed that the boys would need to scrub rugs or scrub walls. Normal carpet cleaning and wall painting is common practice for an apartment complex to clean for a new tenant.
