Based on the photo attached, there appears to be a minor discrepancy in the wall's paint. However, the affected area seems confined to a small section. The suggestion that the entire wall requires repainting may be an overstatement.

My concern about the damages is that the couch was already in bad shape to begin with. We had requested maintenance to fix the couch cushions while living there. Springs were practically sticking out of the cushions and the leather was wearing off. I would understand the charge if we truly did damage it but the couch was already wearing down before we moved in. We did request maintenance for it while living there too.

The tape and other items in the apartment were not ours, they were from previous tenants that had said they needed to be returned which is why we left them there

The damage done to the wall was there before me. I did as the Summit said and emailed them the prior damages on Monday, August 4, 2025. I was not able to submit the inspection form in time but is there a way I can not get charged for the damage? I have photos of the email too if needed.

There are people still living in that apartment and I have been gone for months. I should not be getting charged for any food or trash left behind. I am almost certain she’s still living there. Do not charge me for fridge cleaning and trash removal.

I was charged a cleaning fee for a stain that has been there since before I moved in. I reported it on my damage assessment form when I first moved in back in August 2024. I was told any damage reported would be sent to maintenance and nobody ever followed up. Additionally, I put in a maintenance request before I moved out in the last week of July (July 29th to be exact) and received notification that the request was "complete" and so I assumed the carpet had been cleaned by the maintenance team.

I alone am being charged for the couch damage that neither I nor my roommate caused. The couch was in poor condition when we arrived as was the rest of the apartment. I had to get the walls painted when I initially moved in by staff because of the incredibly poor condition of the entire apartment. The ac was also disgusting along with the microwave and other appliances. I am not sure if the boards are from me but I can pay that no problem. This couch thing is ridiculous. I have pictures of it when I moved in. I can count on my hand the amount of times I sat on the couch

The proposed damaged carpet was already there when I came in and is documented clearly in my move in inspection. Please cancel that charge.

I was charged for having a trash bag in my room. My room was completely empty when I moved out in May. It was also locked so I know there was nothing in there. I moved out in May

I was charged for not having a bathroom key and key fob. I already paid for the missing key fob when I moved out in May. I never received a bathroom key when I moved in. I was given two keys - one for the main door and one for my bedroom which unlocked both my bedroom door and bathroom.
