Sports club, but should also have a table-tennis (ping pong) table, too. The coffee maker is gone. Please bring it back.

I really am impressed by the prompt response to any maintenance requests that I have had thus far. One instance I recall, it was literally the hottest day of the year and on top of that it was a weekend, and my a/c was broken. I put in a request on Friday night since the a/c did not work the entire night and I addressed it again to the staff member as soon as the office opened up on Saturday; even though it was not an emergency situation and according to the lease the staff was not supposed to address the issue until the following Monday, but the staff member understood my discomfort and sent the maintenance guy to fix the a/c within an hour! It was a huge relief!
