I received my move out statement which included charges for wall painting in my bedroom and bathroom. When I moved in in August 2024, I was told that we were allowed to hang items on our walls as long as the holes were smaller than a quarter and that there were no fees/charges associated with hanging stuff on the walls. Despite this, I was charged due to the holes from hanging things on the walls (all while were smaller than a quarter and a dime). I have photos to prove the condition the walls were left.

Your last email states you unilaterally assigned a trash fee of $650 to Grant Wilson. Please remove this fee. There is no record of him agreeing to this fee and he left 0 trash or property in the apartment.

It does not say anywhere in our lease that we needed to return the parking sticker, we crumpled it up and threw it somewhere when we moved out because it was so flimsy and small, it does not seem like something that needed returning.

Being charged for a window screen that we never touched in the first place is a little bit ridiculous here. The wear and tear of the couch is also not something to blame on individual tenants. Also not cleaning a unit before new tenants move in is not the old tenants problem. I will gladly pay for the trash being left.

Please remove the $650 “16 bags of trash” charge.You continue to send the invoice and change the wording - we now have 3 different versions from your office -Please provide a list of all items left behind, the individuals name that walked the apartment jointly when the keys were turned in. And a reason of explanation why the new apartment was not ready on 7/31. (Informed on 7/24 that the apartment would be ready for move in)
