Some table that been sitting outside. Painting the whole bedroom? I paid my rent in good time and all my bill all the other charges should not reflect like part of my deposit deductible, do what is legally right.

Was charged $100 for disposal of a wood shelf located in the pantry, that was present upon my move in in Aug 2024. I had NO reason to believe it wasn’t part of the included furnishings and belonging to the complex

Both couch and chair were well used and patched at move in. Neither was new and already had failing repairs

I called the leasing office either late July or early August and informed them that I my car was in Columbus at a dealership being repaired and that I would bring my car decal on August 7th. On August 7th at 8:43PM I dropped off my car decal at the summit leasing office with a corresponding note with my name on it stating the decal belongs to me. Please see attached photo of my hand holding my car decal and time stamped to the date and time I dropped it off.

I was charged for damage to the common area living room couches. I told the leasing office agents months ago that my roommate had two cats that would (knowingly) scratch our furniture (hence, the plastic sticky tape on the edges of the couch). I did not own a pet during my year of leasing at the complex, and do not communicate with the roommate anymore. I would like the charges taken off of my account.

Cleaning fee: The food containers inside the kitchen cabinet in the pictures submitted to me are not mine, so I do not think I should pay the cleaning fee. I am not sure who the containers belong to but I didnt bring any food containers when I moved in, so I know they do not belong to me and this is not my mess.Full room repaint: the room already had several dings and scratches in the paint along the base boards and throughout the room when I moved in. This shows that the room was not touched up or repainted how it should have been before I moved in. This was documented by me at the beginning of my lease when I filled out the move in condition report. I do not feel I should pay for a full repaint when the room already needed to be repainted to begin with.

I am being charged for damages to my apartments couch and trash removal. The damaged couches were like that when we moved in. Actually, the apartment was in terrible condition when we moved in. We also had a damaged and dirty carpet, which I requested to be cleaned and fixed and the couches were old and worn out. There was a garbage everywhere and the kitchen still had a bunch of nasty utensils and kitchenware that belonged to the previous residents, which the apartment staff was aware of. The fridge and freezer were also full, from previous residents. The stovetop was disgusting. I had to scrub the kitchen clean, which you guys charge probably hundreds of dollars to do, so you're welcome. We did not think we had to report the couch or the kitchen because there was someone who had already been living there, in bed A, who we thought had dealt with all of this already. Actually, I did ask that the kitchen be cleaned since it wasn't already and the stove was still disgusting, so I cleaned it myself since the staff could not properly do their job. There was a huge puddle of oil in the stove and was a huge fire hazard. I also cleaned this myself. Actually, our stove did catch fire when cooking, which led me to find the oil reserve hiding, thanks to the previous residents. The shortcomings of your management staff should not be left for me to pay for. I was not given proper instruction for a move-in checklist and actually was only informed of it after moving out, when speaking to an employee.A worker at summit had even said couches in her apartment had been in the same wear-and-tear condition, when she had not done any of it. She actually informed us that there was no move-in inspection performed so Im not sure how we are being charged for the previous residents doings. Also, all of my belongings, food, and trash had been cleared out, so any left over trash was not mine to be dealt with. There is record from when I turned in my Key that I moved out in late May, soon before anyone else in my apartment. I am sure bed-space C was clean and cleared out because that is the exact condition I left in it.

I turned in all three keys and parking sticker May 28 2026 so I should not be getting charged for a missing key

I was charged for a missing parking decal. If I still have it on my vehicle, can I just send it? I am in Virginia now. This was not a previous requirement of move out in the past 4 years I lived there.
