Move-Out Statement mentions an image but image is not included in the document. Unable to verify damage/painting needs.Additionally, the paint mentions common areas, but I'm unsure why common area damage would be billed to me considering not all rommates moved out of the apartment.

Approximately one week ago, I discussed over the phone to a staff member that damaged to the wall were already present when I moved in, as it was a lease takeover. When I moved in, the damages and apartment were not cleaned as it was considered a lease takeover. One of these charges were dropped although both damages to the wall were previously there from the previous tenet. I moved in August 1st, 2025. I was told that most likely they would be dropped, however one charge still remains. I would like this to be removed.

My room was exceptionally clean upon move-out. I wiped, mopped, dusted all surfaces, replaced light bulbs, and completed all requirements. I have photos documenting the room’s condition and cleanliness as proof. Please review my move in condition form from August 16th. When I filled that out I noted all of these things and more.Paint charge - pictures attached shows blind broken and damaged paint when I moved in.Common area carpet stains - noted in the attached video from previous residentThe common area blind was always broken as-wellMe and all my roommates where very good residents and very cleanly we all paid rent on time and kept to our selves. We collectively can vouch for and have proof of the apartments conditions when we moved in and moved out.Thanks.

Disputing and demanding the immediate removal of the $650 charge assessed against Grant Wilson for an alleged “16 bags” of trash or any related move-out fee. This charge is entirely fabricated and unsupported by any evidence and constitutes an improper assessment. The facts are as follows:- On July 30th Grant Wilson provided timely notice and that a replacement tenant would be taking his place in August.- on July 30th he moved his items out of his apartment, thoroughly cleaned the unit/room and left the premise in spotless condition. One shower curtain was left hanging in the apartment, otherwise no items, no trash and certainly no 16 trash bags were left behind. We can provide 7 pictures.

I am disputing the $50 Turn Cleaning Fee and the $120 Turn Damage Fee listed on my move-out statement.Regarding the $50 cleaning fee, the statement identifies the charge as “Carpet Clean – Bedroom.” Before moving out and returning my keys, I made sure to thoroughly vacuum and clean my bedroom. I therefore do not understand why I was charged $50 for carpet cleaning when I had already cleaned and vacuumed the room before turning in the keys. I would like clarification as to what condition the carpet was found in that required a professional cleaning and why this charge was necessary.I am also disputing the $120 damage fee, which is described as “Full Paint – Bedroom.” I was not made aware of any damage to the bedroom that would require the entire bedroom to be repainted. I do not know what specific damage I allegedly caused or what repairs were performed to justify a $120.I believe these charges should be reviewed because I left the room clean and vacuumed it before returning the keys, and I was not aware of any damage requiring the bedroom to be fully painted.

I received the email regarding my final move-out charges. I’ll pay the $50 fine for the access card because I know I did lose that for sure. However, I wanted to dispute the charge for the electricity and cleaning fees please. When looking at my payment history at the Resident Portal app, I actually already paid electricity twice for 6/18-7/31. Why was I charged twice and why am I being mistakenly charged again for the third time?As for the cleaning fee, I deep cleaned the space and made sure nothing was left behind.I’ve attached the Resident Portal charge history as well as video screenshot proof of how I left unit 108-C right before turning the key and move-out form in.

In terms of damages, I was charged for a couch, table, and chair replacement. All of which are present in the unit and remain in the condition that they were given to me. The couch already has damages behind it and down the length of the arms which appear to be from a cat from several years prior (none of my roommates have owned or brought over cats). My roommates at the time also said that was the condition it was given to them in. I was also charged twice for a total of $160 for wall paint/damages. Similarly, I was charged cleaning fees for several trash bags and there was no trash left in my bedroom.

I believe that the move out statement is missing my deposit from when I moved in. Can I get some clarification on that? Because it would make a huge difference in the cost

I sent an email August 8th of 2025 regarding a room switch. My lease says 165-D but I lived in 165-A. I received an email regarding paint damage near the bathroom wall for room D. If you could move the charges to Payton Baker that would be appreciated as I did not cause the damage. Please call me with any questions, thank you.

Hi,I moved out from the apartment end of May. I gave everything back to the office and signed the move out paper. I do not understand why I keep getting charged for the electricity bill. I also got a $125 charge for painting when the room was left in pristine condition. I need to see the evidence that $125 worth painting was needed for my room. You are taking $385 from my deposit for all charges that happened after I moved out. I will like to know why I got charged 55 dollars for a couch cover. I need clear explanation on all this charges with images because this should not happen
